Today I will not reset because time is precious.

 

Today I will not use porn because it has brought nothing good into my life.

I feel the same way in hindsight for me. Keep your head up, you can make the changes to improve your life in ways you can't even imagine! You got this man, keep motivated, keep focused, and reach those goals.

 

Today I did not use porn, because I didn't give myself the opportunity to. Also, sleep is important to me and I refuse to waste a good night sleep on scrolling through perverse content.
