    Noon check in all is well on the western front , west coast time here. 124 onward to infinity, got an urge to want to f@&$ my wife, but did not, mentally struggled then spiritually overcame.

    Day 5 Feeling Great! Started off this morning with morning wood and wanted to use it especially with my beautiful Jenene right next to me but we both decided to take cold showers and start the day like awesome partners. We prayed and had breakfast together before we ran out the door. I had a good therapy appointment and I am going to work on putting my phone down and spending more time with my family. I love them and they deserve my attention
