Day 5/14. Yesterday was tough with urges. Heading to the gym first thing today, hopefully I’ll be too tired to consider PMO today after that.
10/14 This is officially the longest I’ve gone without O in 24 years. Been in a flatline basically since day two of the challenge. Which was a bit nerve wracking at first. But after reading more about it, it is encouraging that my brain is responding as should be expected. Rebooting is fully underway. I spent the entire day with a beautiful, sexy, fun Brazilian girl I met. We had a blast. Really made the day fly by. The fatigue seems to have passed, as have the headaches. And I’m sleeping better; not great, but better.
