I have always been a firm believer in the NoFap community and it's benefits , however I never joined it ... After innumerable and myriad relapses , I pledge to practice nofap for the coming 90 days. Wish me luck
Hi! some advices, idk your background or the extent of your problem. But a good thing can be to instead of thinking "no PMO for 90 days" which sounds hard and a bit unrealistic in some way, it can be better to think every morning "today is day 1 day without PMO" and then have that thought for 90 days streak. It will make u feel the journey goes faster and also to make a relative easier goal to achieve.
Yeah , thanks ... Tbh , I have had my own no PMO streaks for a month or two before joining the noFap community... So noFap for a day would be no Herculean task , I think 90 days no PMO would be just perfect ... Anyways , thanks for replying... <3
