    Hello,
I am starting my noFap journey.
Just thinking why this did not come earlier in my life.
I feel less focussed, i meditate but i am not able to harness its benefits.
I feel low self esteem, hope all will be changed and a new life will begin

About me: - I am 32 years of old, unmarried boy.
I am into IT software development. I have been watching porn from 15 years.
And i fap almost every day.
I had no idea, that porn is destroying me, somewhere i knew it but when i watch youtube videos on noFap and listened to people sharing their experiences. I thought this should be the way.

    This is my DAY 2

  2. Hey prashanth!
Welcome Bhai. We all were also living in ignorance and thought it's cool to PMO and M is okay as the society portrays to us. I am sure you can do it. I started at the same place and now with almost 4 months going to be completed, I think it's the best thing I did to my life. Message me if you need any help. I would be glad to help you out and send you some links to check out. All the best :)

  3. Hi. Welcome to forum!

Make sure you create a personal journal thread in Reboot Logs section and blog there on a regular basis. As well as just generally be active participant in various forum discussions. I recommend this to everybody new here because it's the major thing that helped me when I was first starting. Just lurking on forums, reading and learning is great. But it usually is so much more powerful to engage. It helps to keep us motivated and accountable when we are active part of community. And keeps this in front of our minds so we don't forget about importance of it and slip away in our old habits. Sharing is also therapeutic. This is a major reason why AA meetings work so good. But that was developed before internet era. These days we can get most of the same benefits online through communities like this. So don't underestimate the power of active participation.

Wish you lot's of strength and success in your reboot journey!

    Hi Prashanth,

Just like you I had no idea that porn was killing me until I accidentally watched a youtube video about nofap. I would fap 3 times a day until then. I am still a recovering addict but have come a long way since I have started nofap.

    Good Luck.

    Thanks Mate.
I am still little confused is it No Porn Or No Masturbation. Or is it removing your addiction to porn and fabbing?

To begin with, I know you might have a lot of questions about nofap.

Watch the video the link given below:
    https://www.yourbrainonporn.com/your-brain-on-porn-series

I know that the video is very long. Everything you need to know is in the video.

I watch the video from time to time just to remind myself that fapping to porn is bad
