Today i will not use porn because i have the belief in me that i will never use it again. Not today nor tomorow or any other day. You all have reasons to not do it. Just decide not to and believe you are going to get through this and its going to be easy. Give your mind other things to do and then there wont be a problem. The urges is my old self but my new self has control now and the moment this comes to mind the urge has less power. Do somthing for your body, your career, your friends and family, your life that is going to bring positivity. Do this and the urge just disapears.
