Today I will not use porn because I want to remain driven and motivated to pursue good ambitions.

 

Today I will not masturbate / edge / use porn and p-subs because I'm better than that

 

Today I will not use porn because I want to get stronger physically and mentally.

 

Today I will not use porn because it takes away from me, I’m concerned with making choices that build myself through giving, not being taken away from.

 

Today i will not hse porn because i dont want to waste my time or life and energy

 

Today I will not use porn because I am ashamed to have such an addiction it’s not for me I am going to make my life better and I hope the same for everyone

 

Today I will not watch porn because I waste so much time that way and I don't want to be so preoccupied with sex

2. Edge
3. Masturbate
4. Have dirty thoughts and get tempted

Because

1. The ennemy is here, wainting for me to let my guard down
2. I want to be healed from sadness and discouragement and PMO won't help
3. It will make me happier

 

Today I will not use porn because I have made a decision 45 days ago to completely abstain from it. I will stick to my commitment. I should not break my own promise.
