Ok day 1 in the books! Spent some time on the Reddit today and with the emergency button to resist some urges. I also started meditation with an app. I liked it, it helped me be aware of myself and how I was feeling. Keep it up everyone, we can do this!!!!
joined the challenge today. It is already day 2 for me but according to rules its day 0 here. Feeling strong urges right when I am typing. Hope to abstain.

So after a break, where I sorted out some private matters, I am in again. Already managed one day, but for the challenge it is Day 0 of 7
on day 6/7! Almost there....definitely felt urges; I think the key is keeping yourself busy, and out of the house as much as possible.
