I don't know why but this is much harder than the first time I started NoFap.
I have lost my motivation and have fallen into my old habits.
I'm 15 btw.

Was dogtired y-day so lay in my chair and some surfing on phone escalated quickly. Should have just gone to bed or finished the dishes.
