Hey dude, I found this website and it may be useful for you https://spinditty.com/playlists/Sur...vival-and-Triumphing-In-the-Face-Of-Challenge
I find music in general is a great way to pass the time. I've become an avid listener to some radio stations and really got into heavy metal (not death metal!) haha but the more melodic kind with good lyrics ie: iron maiden, metalica and recently enjoy discovering new bands and old ones i've never heard of. It's really important whilst trying to beat the compulsive urges to employ the use of other time consuming pursuits which are constructive and healthy. Things like reading, making art, constructing things like model making, sports (playing them and watching them) even playing computer games will help to draw you away from engaging in fapping to porn. there is loads of activities you can do to relieve the boredom and monotony of life when you only have yourself for company.

I have highly atmospheric music in classical, jazz, death metal, punk, and a bit of weird stuff thrown in. Whatever kind of mood you are in, I have slow-paced music, I have emotive music that touches the soul, I have harsh fast metals and punk sounds to keep you moving. Try out a few and see what you like. For something hypnotic and relaxing, I recommend these two specifically: Gold Panda - Good Luck and Try your Best Harold Budd - Avalon Sutra - As Long as I can Hold my Breath
