Day 0/90. I relapsed. Felt like literal shit afterwards, but soon after realized I hadn't have a 13 day streak in Years. That thought kept me motivated to restart the challenge. Let's do this!
Day 25, There are some urges. But i know they are normal, everyone has them, i just have to do what i do everyday! What you feed grows, what you don't dies!

29 days. Horrible day today but it didn't have anything to do with pmo. Tomorrow will be a milestone though.
