Nice begin for 2018

Wish everbody all the best for 2018 i hope a lot of people will break free from his bad addiction.

 

this is my day 7. I don't feel happy at all

 

I also sometimes feeling not happy i think its part of the recovery. So stay strong bro. I also have sometimes extreme urges but i resist it day by day then a week A month and at last forever. ;-)

 

Day 1, doing fine had some urges but since it's new years eve i could just focuse on preparing for the party tonight and they were soon gone.

Made it trough my first day without PMO in a long while. I'm feeling really happy with myself!
