Day 2/30 - was very close to relapsing, but remembered my commitment Day 3/30 - was working to hard all day to even think about it
Day 26 done! Coming to the end of this challenge and I'm continuing to notice benefits when around my family. I used to try and spend as little time as possible with them because I just wanted to get back to my computer. I was also really grumpy and quiet around them, and wouldn't say much. That has improved a lot. I want to talk to all of them as much as I can now, and I'm a lot happier. Once this challenge is done I think I'll immediately start the 60 day challenge!
