Hi dear people! Soooo the last time a posted was on the first of December, back then I was on day 18 of the challenge. That is 11 days a go! I have been so crazily busy, because I moved to another country and am intensively looking for work, friends, new live, you name it. But I have good news: I did not do any P or M all of these days. And some sort of less good news (I guess, although, it is actually very good): The O did happen to me. Allready on the 2nd of December! I met someone))). So, I guess I did not make the 21-day-challenge, right? Just to know for sure. I also have an other question for all of you: does anyone discuss no-pmo-styles-of-live while being in a relationship? Hi everyone,I completed this challenge yesterday and I am very happy about it.We all are here to eradicate porn from our lives and live a better life.So,I am going to tell you the reasons for my success as well as failure.I failed this challenge one time and then I completed this challenge in Second Time.I can't believe I did this in second time because there was a time when it took me 6-7 attempts to complete a weekly challenge. Disclaimer:This one is a Big Message but it might be helpful for everyone out there. Reasons for My Success:- 1.Keep yourself Busy.Let it be work,hobby,family,friends,etc.Just don't give yourself ample of Free Time otherwise You know What Can Happen! 2.Exercise:It isn't just about your body.It is about your mental strength as well.When you do a extra pushup even when you don't want to,When you lift a heavier weight than what you normally lift even when you know it's not gonna be easy,When you do a extra crunch than what you did on days before,Your mental strength and WillPower grows gradually each day.For those who go to gym,Good Continue that.For those who don't,let's come to the 3rd reason! 3.The 20-20-20 Rule:See the thing is We indulge in sexual activities because We feel good about them.The Dopamine is the hormone which is the feel-good hormone.He is our main hero as well as your main villian.So,the 20-20-20 rule is First 20 minutes of exercise after brushing your teeth,Next 20 minutes of planning your day about what you're going to do today and The Last 20 minutes about Watching Motivational Videos,Ted Talks,etc..I watched Ted Talks and they are brilliant(Became a fan).So,the benefit of donating the first hour of your day is First 20 minutes build your will-power,The Second 20 tells you that you don't have time for PMO because You have your day planned,The Third 20 releases your Dopamine hormone because it makes you feel good when you watch motivational videos,Ted Talks,etc.the Best thing is you got your dopamine released by a good video rather than PMO.For those who already go to gym and still wanna follow this like me,first 20 minutes should be donated to music.Listening 4-5 songs immediately after brushing your teeth makes you feel good right from the start of the day. 4.Eating Good:Try to avoid Junk Food as much as possible.Eat whatever is the breakfast,lunch,dinner at your home.I experienced that the first time I failed this challenge is because I had a Heavy Pizza just few hours back on that day(It was my Cheat Day) and Junk Food depletes your Will-Power. 5.Have someone to share this information with like your best friend(I did share with him my 2-week Challenge),Family member,etc whoever you're close to and If you're unable to since it's a sexual thing then Download IMQuit application.It tracks your progress every second and everytime you fail,It asks you the reason why you failed so that you can avoid the same reason next time. 6.Install Porn-Blocker Apps on your devices and give their passwords to the one's you trust,with whom you can share these things.That way you won't able to access porn even if you want to. Reasons for My 1st Failure:- 1.The First Week:It is tremendously difficult to control your desires in the first week.Many times you will be tempted to watch porn,masturbate,etc. but you don't have to.I did it the first time and I had to go back to Day 0 and I didn't like it.There is a thing called as Loss Aversion.Use it.If you complete 3 days without PMO and then you think of masturbating and do it because you don't have much to lose but complete 15 days without it and You will be more feared to do it because the loss is now much greater,The stakes are higher.This loss aversion principle works charms if you use it in the right way.More days of PMO=More Loss Aversion=More Fear of Failure. 2.Don't even use youtube for hot videos.Use it for good purposes.I watched kissing videos(Kissing is not porn) so eventually that led to my first failure in the next few days because it triggered my dopamine and I masturbated 2 days after. 3.I read Sexual Confessions(Not Porn) on 4th day of my first try and that and the Kissing videos lead to my 1st failure. I wish everyone reading this all the best and may god give you power to overcome this obstacle as well as other obstacles in your life.Bye Bye!!

Day 14, Had fought with the MO enemies last night just after posting here on the NoFap portal.
