    It helped my brain but I couldn't handle that energy lol it will tell you what it has in that bottle. Maybe if I didn't have fruits or carbs I could handle it lol

    Sounds very unnatural, i personally wouldn't want to be consuming that many things that idk what they are.
    a side note as green tea is an ingredient, green tea is known to have an anti stress effect amongst other health benefits, but from my experience the caffeine it in can mean it does more harm than good for someone with anxiety problems

    as in low fat millk? IMO thats worse, from what ive heard the more dairy is processed the worse it is

    But the tea that I have says non caffeine /no caffeine or does green tea naturally produce caffeine ???

    green tea naturally has a low amount of caffeine. i personally stay away from 'de-caf' things because as far as i know caffeine is stripped with some nasty chemicals.
