Day 5 of 90 Yesterday was more difficult. I guess I regulate my mood with fap when I am having a difficult day. No more soothing. But I feel very raw at times. I got through it though. Day done

Hold it man!! Dont lose your way.. PM is detrimental to mental health.. Fucks up dopamine really bad !! If your goal is just no PM then you can get a gf but you'll be distracted from your rebooting goals if theres stress in a relationship.. If you can manage that properly then go ahead with having a gf otherwise nofap is the way of life
