Day 1.

 

6 days done

 

Day 6 done - morning routine done. On to day 7.

 

On day 6, today was an off day as I couldnt concentrate properly & was distracted in general !! Anyways, tomorrow is another day !!

 

Another day without the addiction, i've done so much things that i was fearing to do before, it's been kind a hard looking at girls and all the thoughts and emotions that kept coming in mind all the day, but somehow i managed to keep them away. With the emotins i delaed with the way of feeling them and realising what they really mean to me, its takes kind a long time to do it but i think the results are worth it. Today was a good day, looking forward for more days like this.

 

Day 0 complete. Feeling confident I can run the whole course.

 

5/90. Busy day with work. Eyes focused on the job and not on my work colleagues assets. Hopefully flatline soon

 

Day #15 and #16 are done.
Sorry for my not posting, I was busy all yesterday. I was out, so I can easily ensure I did not masturbate or watch porn.

For my global rebooting, it's day 30 without both P and M.
43 days without P.
55 days without using chats to know girls or to have relations with them.

I find a great way to keep the streak alive, is making sure my morning routine is done. Well, bike is done, 90 mins so I can't wait to go to sleep tonight...
