[7-CHALLENGE] THE SEVEN DAYS CHALLENGE !

I'm in day zero day 2 since starting the challenge

 

I had to cut all social media. Huge trigger for me.

 

Day 2 of 7. So far, no strong temptations, but I have been better about following rules that help keep me protected too. So I plan to stay consistent with that.

Day 2/7. So far, so good, but need to stay vigilant.

 

Day 3/7 feeling really good this far

 

I have completed my 7 day challenge! Onto many more days!

 

Relapsed on Sunday morning.. Felt super anxious about not attending a halloween party with people in my faculty the night prior. For me halloween is highly sexualized and I didn't feel up to exposing myself to that environment. The fucked thing is that I put myself in an environment conducive to watching porn, and sure enough. Serious doubt continues about my ability to abstain from porn and masturbation.

Day 7/7: challenge complete if i make it through this day I'm intend to, no urges so far, my mood is more positive than ever, it's a beautiful day
Mentally very important to get to 7/7, it builds my self confidence for the next challenges (14,30,90) !
Keep moving forward !
