Try changing that habit.It's a serious waste of productive time and even though you won't masturbate right away ,that's going to inject a lot of images in to your mind which would urge you for more porn and finally masturbation in the future.
"Completed Day 5" - "Starting Day 6" (total 95 days) Hey guys, here's another update. Mild urges post wet dream, but I just have way too much to loose if I give in; instead I decided to channel my urges toward exercise. I'm hoping to exercise more often, because I just feel so much more energy after, plus sleeping becomes so much easier when you work yourself the night before. I don't lift, nor do I even go to the gym. What I do is jog, and play sports, and that's kinda what I do. I might be interested in the gym, but for now I really like what I have going now. Anyways just a quick update. I'll be back tomorrow, and basically just keep on trying to post as often as I can.
