I am day 23rd.The urges are insane.I watched a porn today and was about to be relapsed.Then i realized that if i would have relapsed today, all the benefits,all the struggle would have gone into dismay.My hair looks healthy now and some small terminal hairs are regrowing on crown where it was most thinning.I was the one who used to make joke that PMO can make you bald.But i proved myself wrong and want to fully recover my mane.Will continue to struggle and beat this PMO bitch.Target:200 days
