Thank you very much bro! I'm @ day 8/30 and still didn't relapse yet but I'm having this big sleeping disorder (that come immediately after quitting PMO) that is affecting my daily routine n I don't know what to do to tackle it... please help!
One thing to do is adjust/schedule your sleep. Just don't expose yourself to light 1 hour before sleep. Don't worry you can do it
