Started watching porn around 8th grade (young teen). I turned to it a lot. I was a lonely and closeted young teen. Played sports my whole life, but was closeted until about 21. I've continued watching porn and am really feeling the negative physical effects of it (delayed orgasms, ED issues). Starting to develop a relationship with an awesome guy and I'm really now focused on cutting back on porn a lot. I am not concerned with orgasm, but am concerned with porn masturbation. New to this site, it looks interesting, and wanted to give it a try (also need help and advice).
Keep start journaling about how many times do you pmo in a week or day according to your urges and triggering emotions. Firstly find out what is the time when you are going to watch porn Is it in night, or morning noon or evening Watch your emotions Angry, happy, lonely, frustrated , bored, sleeplessness, tired,or sexually excitement in your whole body before watching porn See your heart pulse going g fast when you think about porn or nude images of pornstar May be you know all this.. Avoid such situation triggering to act out Go out of home when you feel idle or lethargic Talk to people Take small challenges at nofap site to abstain from pmo for a week or for longer time (depends upon you). Choose some exercise, to do in evening or in morning Deep breathing exercise (relaxation exercise) Drink water more Consume Veg items , fruits more Keep busy yourself in constructive task Set the personal goals to overcome the hindrances in your genuine personality (As now pornography addiction is biggest concern). Thanks man, I appreciate. It's tough. I'm def wanting to now, and I know it's from anxiety with things going on in life. It's like an outlet. I just grabbed a beer and put on American Horror Story instead haha
