Many times we can get caught up and obsess in our minds about the negative things going on in our lives or the things that need improvement. It's understandable considering why we are all here.... BUT I wanted to create this tread to hear some good things! Tell me something that happened today, yesterday or last week that was positive or made you feel good!
So I'll start... Just got a phone call from one of our Product Line Managers PLM...thanking me for helping and supporting the sales & marketing team. Nothing else just a simple thank you for all you've been doing and it's appreciated! That just made my day

I just finished writing a guest post on what porn addiction is like for the addict and partner. I also have been able to get emotionally close to my husband for the past couple days. I also have been getting a lot of views on my articles in the magazine I recently got hired at!
@Broken3 Thanks! The magazine launched on August 30th and one of my articles has almost 500 views! This is my first official job as a writer, so I am pretty happy!
I started a pole dancing class a few weeks ago (did not tell my husband-not for him). I LOVE IT. I can not describe how much fun it is, how it clears my head, and how liberating it is to be sexual outside of my relationship. I am good at it too! And my arms are getting defined and I love that. And my best friend is doing it with me and we are just having so much fun and i love seeing her so much. I admit that I kind of lost myself in my kids for a while. It is amazing to find me again. I also ordered a pole for my basement lol

And @Sadgirl I've always wanted to try a pole dancing class. I know it can be a really great work out but also I've heard it just boosts confidence in the end.
I told my SO last night I wanted a hoop to get back into hooping. I'm going to find my rhythm again (after chatting with you guys about dancing yesterday) I used to be great at it. Like, trophy great. I've let that go.... I'm not going to continue... I'm going to get back into my dance shoes!
I don't have anything exciting or new going on, but I guess no real bad news either. Just chugging along.
Well keep chugging and make it a point and challenge yourself to focus on something positive. It's too easy to focus on the negative.
It's not that i have nothing good going on, just nothing new. Lol. A lot of weekend traveling extra curriculars with the kids and my job, which I love, keeps me busy.
A couple of days ago, I listened to disco music on Pandora all day. Danced by myself. I like all kinds of music, but there's something about disco. Today, I bought myself a new hair-styling tool. I hope it works. My hair has been a challenge lately and I'm hoping it helps me feel better about myself.
