hello guys, i think that a 7 days challenge is not useful at all in order to reach 90. To reach 90 you have to set your goal to 90! Peace
Question: could I still participate in the the 7 day challenge if I'm 36 days in, and basically add another week to the 5 weeks I've already made, because I think this is a really good idea if you wanna take it week by week, and if you're already progressing a lot. If I post everyday on here I'd post day 36/2, day 37/3, and day 38/4 for example, until I add another week to my streak. It's fine if it's not possible. Let me say that this seems like a pretty good idea for beginners.
Okay, if that's the case then I'll participate in this challenge. I'm on day 2. I like the idea of multiple challenges, you're kinda slowly training the users to gain more control, and not overwhelming them with a 90 day challenge. Okay I'll make sure to leave the thread when I complete the challenge.
