Today I got asked out. It's never happened that way for me before- of course I said yes! Now I just wish my recovery was going better lately and I had more distance between me and PMO...

@Beamer Thanks so much for the shoutout! It's been a wild journey but here I am. I've come so far, and have so far to go.
Today, I am calm, and am not ruled by my anxiety.

 

Today I am thanful for God's help to manage better my anger (learning ways not to hurt others while being angry). Instead of escaping to porn or masturbation working on anger in a healthy way).

 

Today I am glad that I am learning how addictive and destructive PMO behaviors have been in my life and the lives of so many others. And that I have taken the first, and most important step to overcome this addiction to PMO by making myself aware of the problem and trying my best to reboot, rewire, and reinvigorate my soul.

 

Today I am going to succeed one more time in shutting down P and PSubs!!! Gonna get stronger each day!

For now, I've not been doing without PMO for 8 days but yesterday I got "wet dream". May I ask all of you that It's counted or not?. I hope you guys could overcame any obstacles.
