Eye contact the shit out of them. 7) -Eat healthy (One of the most important steps) 8) -Get up as soon as you're awake (Erase the snooze button from your life) 9) -Get a hobby (And get good at it) 10) -Read/watch funny stuff (Laughing makes you happier) 11) -Shower cold (You can shower hot first, but end cold!) 12) -Don't do things because you think that impresses other people (What you're doing is; you're telling yourself that your real personality and interests are shit) 13) -Stop complaining, be positive (Erase negative people from your life) 14) -Sleep more than 7 hours/night 15) -If you think you talk too fast, slow down (Talk in front of mirror) 16) -Shave your balls (Man, the feels. I forgot to mention it's useful list, that I'm doing most of them ( shaving balls included) and they are so much helpful. Must start workout to boost my confidence more.
Great list. How imperative is the 7 hours sleep? I sometimes only get 6 hours sleep to fit in working out and full time work.
Don't worry - your body will take what it needs. I think if you don't overdo it, even 5 hours is okay once in a while.
