25 Tips on "How to improve confidence"

    1) -Work out (For the looks)
    2) -Work out (For the health)
    3) -Stop fapping
    4) -Meditate (5min/day)
    5) -Listen to people (How do they feel?)
    6) -Always maintain eye contact. Even if you're talking to the pope. Eye contact the shit out of them.
    7) -Eat healthy (One of the most important steps)
    8) -Get up as soon as you're awake (Erase the snooze button from your life)
    9) -Get a hobby (And get good at it)
    10) -Read/watch funny stuff (Laughing makes you happier)
    11) -Shower cold (You can shower hot first, but end cold!)
    12) -Don't do things because you think that impresses other people (What you're doing is; you're telling yourself that your real personality and interests are shit)
    13) -Stop complaining, be positive (Erase negative people from your life)
    14) -Sleep more than 7 hours/night
    15) -If you think you talk too fast, slow down (Talk in front of mirror)
    16) -Shave your balls (Man, the feels. Girls also like it!)
    17) -Make money (The garbage man makes more than he who sits at home)
    18) -Smell good (2 squeezes of cologne is enough)
    19) -Drive a cool car (BMW in my case, chicks love it and its fun as fuck)
    20) -Run from time to time (Even a 10-min run will improve your day hugely)
    21) -Dress well (I prefer classy)
    22) -Look at successful guys and try doing things they do. (You will discover new things you like that suit you)
    23) -Don't argue on the internet (Imagine Brad Pitt saying: "But Angelina I can't leave yet. I have to convince this dude that I'm right and he's wrong." Yeah, right. Only 12 year old bitches do that. Fuck that.)
    24) -Set goals (Even the small ones will boost you)
    25) -Approach women

  4. I forgot to mention it's useful list, that I'm doing most of them ( shaving balls included) and they are so much helpful. Must start workout to boost my confidence more.

    Great list. How imperative is the 7 hours sleep? I sometimes only get 6 hours sleep to fit in working out and full time work.

    Don't worry - your body will take what it needs. I think if you don't overdo it, even 5 hours is okay once in a while.
