Ok, back to day 1. Kept my hands away from myself and my eyes off any triggers, even though I was drunk. That's huge for me, but not enough. We roll on.....

Day ZERO. Damn the after effects of drinking. Ugh.....I'm getting tired of this. Very, very tired of starting over. I vow to be stronger than this.
