Today I got a really Bad critique about my writing and I totally lost it. They cannot write but try to Tell me my writing is Bad. I was sad and lonely and depressed!

And so that I dont lose my nerves and so that i dont hang Out with the wrong people, I won't fap or watch porn.

There are so many traps Out There. The Nofap Lifestyle is good and Things. But IT seems IT IS Impossible to protect oneself from every Bad Treatment that the World "offers". These Guys really tricked me and I feel so down. They Lied, i am good, I am the best writer.
There is Just No Security net... Maybe Nofap helps, but its Not a total Protection, No Greencard. That makes me scared. There is No guarantee that all Turns Out Well Just because I dont fap. Why should IT make a difference and who Cares about other people fapping? Its Just the shame/ subconscious.

 

Today I will not use porn because I am focused and energized and moving ahead!!

 

Today I will positively and wisely live my happy life and focus on accomplishing every task meticulously. Definitely no porn!
