Day 1. I'm back on track it seems and I'm feeling good about it. I tried not to tear myself down about my reset this time and it proved to be pretty useful! I made a mistake but that doesn't mean I have to keep making it. The show must go on.

Haha actually go back to Day 0/7 . Don't know what happened, this morning i was great with no urges at all, i've just seen one little thing accidently and it was like my brain turned off.... no need to say that i feel very shitty now.
