Day 1 again

Frustrated

Day 15 without MO. Going for 21. Had a rough night last night and was tempted to add more days(?)

Nofap Day 173/365. Hardmode Day 116/365.

A 15 year old who is trying to stop the addiction early, I started a little over a week ago and have done it since.

Day 28, I'm struggling with temptations and urges, but I need to figure out a way out of struggle, I'll do whatever it takes not to relapse.

2 weeks today. Anxiety and fear improved a lot. Same benefite in 14 days than in 45 days Last streak

I reached my two week goal! I'm going to keep trying to go on!

My parents got it right when giving me an early bedtime as a kid. Get good sleep, champs.

100 days! New record. Was not that hard to reach as I spent last two weeks bicycle touring with no internet. Killed all temptations.
