Hi all,

I'm 26 and it's been a while since I've posted on a forum. I was a daily porn watcher from like 14 years old and onward, been actively trying to limit my porn watching for the past couple years. My best up until recently was a couple 30 day streaks.

Had a ~3 month streak going, courtesy of my new girlfriend at the time (tends to motivate me). Got dumped and had some stressful stuff happen in life and here I am back fapping every day and feeling depressed about it. Figured I'd join some sort of community and see if that helps. GL to all. The improvement of erections/confidence/lack of depression, etc. is definitely real, and so is the INTENSE pull to watch porn again since I've started back up again.
