Hello everyone. I'm starting over again. I hope for the best because my birthday is coming up soon and I don't want to still have this PMO addiction at 27. It falls during my new period so hopefully after my birthday, I'll be many days within the challenge.

Hi everyone!! New here but super motivated to give this a go. Bought an old sms phone to remove the naughty chat on facebook and WhatsApp and dating sites. 90 days. lets do it.

I've managed to go a day without PMO or viewing pornographic websites. Hope I can go longer.

Today I fapped 4 times in a row, but I am not going to reset anyway as long as I don't repeat it again
