    - easy mode;
    - normal mode;
    - hard mode;
    - monk mode.

    I want to see what nofap mode is best for me.

    Easy: no porn or porn-substitutes.
    Normal: no porn or porn-substitutes + no masturbation
    Hard/Monk: no porn or porn-substitutes + no masturbation + no orgasm (including orgasm from sex)

    Looks like you have your answers! I recommend hard mode for 30-90 days, and then normal mode (if you have a partner)

    I tried doing it the easy way but it doesn't work for me. My 90+ day streaks came after dedicating myself 100%. Monk Mode. You have to replace PMO with rewarding activities.

    Sleep, Meditate, work out.

    Eat healthy food.

    Abstain from sugar and alcohol. It weakens your mind.

    Socialize.

    Avoid triggers from movies, magazines, facebook, snapchat, youtube etc. Even one photo of a girl at the wrong time can throw you off.

    Avoid triggering text, thoughts, dreams, women at the beach, sex, dating. Many people think dating is ok but it is a two edged sword. Dont use dating apps at least. Just focus on natural interactions in everyday life. If you are really cool, tell the girl your Nofap streak. She will be impressed.
