Day 12. Got a bit drunk yesterday on some bad wine. Seeing that I don't do that often and a good friend was visiting, I suppose that's all right. However, today is a bit of a lost day as regards productivity. I guess I'll have to do much more tomorrow!
Gave myself pleasure yesterday, that's nineteen days for me. I decided to stop nofap since it wasn't that big of a thing to me. I have other things more important to focus on such as living a smoke free life. Be brave guys!

yeah, i found in my experience that is better to face the pain of withdrawal than to stay with pmo. at least you know that the pain of withdrawal ends. it´s better to start in pain than to never start at all. go bro, believe in yourself. you can do it.
