I have just finished day 1 of the challenge. I only felt urges at one point during the day, but those urges went away quickly after I started doing something else. Almost there, just 6 days left!
Almost thought my count was off but my counter updated! I started it the same day as this challenge sooooo... Seven days without an incident! Good luck to the rest of you. Please, none of you give up and keep at it. Peace out!
You need to find more hobbies and things to keep you busy throughout the day. Things that will keep you out of the house, because you're not gonna fap in public, right? Or keep yourself occupied with household activities like cleaning, painting a room, etc... You need to fill the "down time", brother. You can do this!
Day zero of 7 started about 5 hours ago. I have a clear head without the booze, but these urges are killing me because my anger issues are getting outta control. I need to fucking relax and start going for walks or something.

I am at 5/7 and feeling OK. I'm pretty sure this is the longest ever without M or O! I can virtually taste that 7 day mark.
