Day 0: It is believed that most habits can be removed from one's lifestyle when changed with another one for about 40-45 days. So, I'm starting this challenge as I am building up better habits and changing my bad habit of PMO. That's all to achieve a new streak that goes on for as long as I am aware to lead a healthy and satisfactory life. Anyways, I am up to this challenge as a first step to achieving this successful goal! #NotGivingUpIsMyPower
