Time for the next challenge
Did the 30 day challenge then fell of the wagon. Day 0
It is believed that most habits can be removed from one's lifestyle when changed with another one for about 40-45 days. So, I'm starting this challenge as I am building up better habits and changing my bad habit of PMO. That's all to achieve a new streak that goes on for as long as I am aware to lead a healthy and satisfactory life.
Anyways, I am up to this challenge as a first step to achieving this successful goal!

Day 8! 45 days is actually my main goal now.
It's a bit tough. But I need to keep going. I should be considering the long term benefits, and set aside the couple of seconds of pleasure now!
