Day 7(17th December,2017):
I watched porn and masturbated.Back to Day 1 but I am still not too sad about it because I made my best record of 27 days and Records are meant to be broken.

 

Day 17/30

 

Day 17 of 30 finished. I didn't check in on day 16 as I stayed offline all day.

 

3 weeks 21 days. Sleep sucked again, but still moving forward.

Don't take it too hard ok ? Sometimes we slip on the road... don't feel guilty or sad, let it be in the past and get on your feet asap !
A good way to do longer streaks is indeed start with the challenges from : 7,14,21 and so on. It gives you the mental satisfaction to go on each time you reach a milestone !
