Not sure if libido boosting foods is a good idea during reboot unless you are actually about to have sex. Anyways, these foods can be eaten at your own peril: Avocados, watermelons, pumpkin seeds, grapes, bananas (lol), hot peppers ( insane boost).
My experience is in line with what Nofap just said above--if you're in the process of rebooting, trying to boost your libido before you're at 90 days isn't the thing to do. Can you speak a bit more about where you're coming from and what your situation is? Did you get all the way to PIED (porn-induced ED)? And when you mention you want to "boost the recovery process," what do you mean exactly? Good questions, by the way.
