Supplements for libido

    Porn killed my libido. And I can claim my state as erectile dysfunction? I'm relapsing and to boost the process of recovery want to eat some stuff for help. But don't want take prescription drugs - blue pills. Want to find healthier option. May be Maca from Peru, Ginseng from Korea or Cordyceps. May be somebody have experience with natural stuff?

  2. Not sure if libido boosting foods is a good idea during reboot unless you are actually about to have sex. Anyways, these foods can be eaten at your own peril: Avocados, watermelons, pumpkin seeds, grapes, bananas (lol), hot peppers ( insane boost).

    My experience is in line with what Nofap just said above--if you're in the process of rebooting, trying to boost your libido before you're at 90 days isn't the thing to do.

    Can you speak a bit more about where you're coming from and what your situation is? Did you get all the way to PIED (porn-induced ED)? And when you mention you want to "boost the recovery process," what do you mean exactly?
