Just started my reboot and also stopped smoking at same time

I have been looking at porn and masterbating for over 19 years and doing it at least 8 hours a week it has consumed me and I recently started doing it more often.

I’m going cold turkey I’m 39 years old and have to do this.

Growing up whenever I was at home alone for days I would do it non stop everyday and night. I will be home alone from June 12 - June 27th no roommates just me and I know I can beat this but I have never beat it before.
