133/150 - sugar only when my wife bakes 93/110 - no crisps 8/30 - food containing grain at most once per day 1/30 - at most one small coffee per day There’s one thing that has been bugging me for the last 24 hours now: that I said ”at most one small coffee per day, at most three times per week”. This wasn’t genuinely my rule, it got affected by my wife. I first decided to go for one small cup every day and when I told my wife about this, she said like ”but why every day, do you miss coffee that much?” This got me to add ”at most three times a week” to the rule and it has felt wrong all the time. I’m removing this now.
27 I realize I'm using other snacks and food to control my mood when I'm not using sugar. This is something I need to work on, but at least I'm tackling the sweet side.

But I am glad that I am able to resist for rest of the 6 days.
