Day 5 - No PMO I feel exhausted. One of the main reasons I can't sleep much is that I have to take a train in the early morning to get to the University.
Day 1/30... A consistent factor in my relapses is being too tired. Maintaining structure and a proper amount of sleep is a must for me in order to succeed in this challenge (and in life).

Day 28 (without P) Okay, day 28 no P but today I had sex, actually I'd say I made love, with long foreplay. The negative was that probably due to NoFap (the non-ejaculation part) I finished as long as I penetrated the girl. She wasn't very surprised or particularly upset but I guess many of you know how embarrassing this can be. She actually tried to calm me by saying something really true: 'what did you expect??' (she knew about the NoFap streak). So I guess it's all good. I did feel a bit drained after but only briefly and we didn't repeat because she had other things to do.
