1. PMO is NOT an option; it never helps to handle stress
2. Urges will pass, whether you PMO'ed or not; what will stay behind is either shame & disgust or victory & confidence.
3. I am the only one in control of my life, it is MINE
4. Weekends are your 1st challenge; keep yourself in company; PMO always strikes when you are alone!
