  Also remember - not PMO'ing is half of it. Filling that time with other positive things is the other half.

  Hi there, welcome. Profile posts act as a kind of bulletin board, where you can send quick updates to anyone who looks at your profile, and leave messages of encouragement on others. Forum posts are more like journals, where you can make much longer posts, include pictures and media, and record your thoughts better.
