Hi I'm Nick. I'm 15 years old that has been in the control of PMO since I was in 5th grade. I want to stop my addiction to PMO to be healthier, to follow my religious beliefs (I'm a Christian), and because I don't want it to follow me into my adulthood. I've noticed that pornographic categories that used to disgust me (Homo, Trans, Excretion of flatus gases, Beast, etc.) are now the only way for me to get off. I lose memories easier, I have been suffering from hair loss, and I am becoming a slob because activities that include PMO are the only things I want to do. I have tried other addiction recovery programs before, but I relapsed and gave up. I really hope that NoFap can help me with my addiction to PMO.
