Yesterday and Friday I performed our schools rendition of Alice in Wonderland. I was the Mad Hatter!

I meditated for the first time today. Didn't know what it was all about. But now I feel much calmer and less anxiety within me.

My priest at church said something today that I think many of us can learn from. He said "change is possible"

5 Days! Resisted many urges throughout these days. Proud of myself!

I exercised to resist an urge. I 60 pushups and 105 crunches in 15 mins. I never thought I could do that while watching P and M-ing.

Does a wet dream count as a relapse?

It's becoming easier to talk to people now.

Me and this one girl both are talking to each other a lot. And she is REALLY PRETTY! I've never had a girl like her who loves talking to me!

I've decided that until I feel rebooted and I break 30 days. I can't use certain social media apps. I feel this is needed in my reboot.

Changed and deleted apps that caused me to relapse. I was on a three-day steak and I broke it on Instagram. But it's helping me not relapse.

Officially at my highest streak at three days. For some it might not be a big deal but I've had many two day relapses so this is BIG for me

Took a break from the internet. Only went on only for updating day counters. feeling much better know.

Had an anxiety attack in school today. I'm legit concerned about my mental health now. From being depressed from time-to-time and now this.
