    I am just over 40 and in my 20's I thought I would "get over" my appetite for PMO. Well, I did not "get over it" and I do not want to spend the next 20+ years in this horrific cycle. The addiction increases over time and the behavior becomes more risky. It truly is like a frog being boiled slowly in water. My introduction to P started when I was 11 and PMO when I was 14. Back then it was books, magazines and phone-sex...now its dreadfully easier with on-line access.
