    The ASAP is what's important. I had lots of relapses and they were all because I let those triggers to exist a little longer in my mind which eventually took control of me.
    So the last time I decided that I'm not gonna give'em a chance and it worked.

    About an hour after a strong urge, it seems like a dream. I sometimes feel if it was the same me who was thinking of things. So actually NoFap helps me stay more in my present and less in the fantasy world. I am finding this platform very useful, better than facebook and I look forward to alerts everyday.

    Yes. More power to you. You are very lucky to come across it at such a young age. Just keep this NoPMO thing n your mind. You also have an advantage that you will be quite buzy with your studies for next 3-4 years so make maximum use of this opprtunity. All the best to you too.
